    • I. BACKGROUND:
    * The owners Eddie and Tommy Smith are brothers. They both grew up around the Collision Repair business. Their father Charles E. Smith Sr. owned a Body shop for 35 years, his shop was taken over by his business partner after his retirement and subsequently closed. Charles' Paint and Body.
    * "I can remember being 12 years old doing complete body and prep work on cars", states Eddie Smith. "I remember all my summer vacations spent in the shop doing parts replacement and body repairs on vehicles", states Tommy Smith.
    * They were so tired of being around the collision repair business growing up that they pursued separate careers, only to reunite later in the future to combine their collective talents and provide the TRI-CITIES area in East TN with yet another of their state of the art fully equipped collision repair facilities. II. HISTORY:
